Strategic Account Manager

The Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining personal relationships with customers to make them successful advocates of the vidREACH brand.
We are seeking a motivated, strategic, and results-oriented individual who is laser-focused on building strong customer relationships.
Every day you will be responsible for communicating with and educating our current customers to build a strong, satisfied, and passionate customer base. To thrive in this role, you will keep up with industry trends, customer needs, and have the ability to upsell.

- Ability to run a full customer lifecycle from start to finish
- Build customer relationships, assist in customer sales cycles, and close customer deals
- Collaborative mentality
- Must listen well, understand objections, and overcome them
- Ability to expand customer accounts
- Meeting and exceeding quota and revenue goals
- BS/BA degree
- 2+ years of proven hunting & closing experience in a SaaS environment
- Experience maintaining strategic customer relationships
- Experience with web demos and product presentations to Director level and above
- Proven track record of account expansion
