Strategic Account Manager


The Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining personal relationships with customers to make them successful advocates of the vidREACH brand.

We are seeking a motivated, strategic, and results-oriented individual who is laser-focused on building strong customer relationships.

Every day you will be responsible for communicating with and educating our current customers to build a strong, satisfied, and passionate customer base. To thrive in this role, you will keep up with industry trends, customer needs, and have the ability to upsell.

  • Ability to run a full customer lifecycle from start to finish
  • Build customer relationships, assist in customer sales cycles, and close customer deals
  • Work closely with Marketing and marketing campaigns to expand and add value to prospects and customers
  • Collaborative mentality
  • Must listen well, understand objections, and overcome them
  • Ability to expand customer accounts
  • Meeting and exceeding quota and revenue goals


  • BS/BA degree
  • 2+ years of experience
  • Experience maintaining strategic customer relationships
  • Experience with web demos and product presentations to Director level and above
  • Proven track record of account expansion
