1. How long is the implementation process?
Each implementation process is custom and dependent upon which portion of the platform you will be using. We work within each customer’s time frame and strive to make the implementation process as effective and seamless as possible. 

2. What does your support look like after we become a customer?
Every customer is assigned a Customer Success Manager (CSM) who will work directly with you during the implementation process and during your lifetime as a customer. You will also have access to our knowledge base and technical support.

3. Do you offer phone and email support?
We happily offer both phone and email support.

4. What kind of API does vidREACH use?
We are built on a REST API and work with each individual customer to integrate with any application.

5. How much does it cost?
Pricing is based on your use-case and the number of user licenses you need.
